Road design included International Trade Parkway, an 8,500 linear foot combined 4-lane divided median and 2-lane industrial road; and Little Hurst Parkway, a 5,150 linear foot 2-lane industrial road. The water distribution and sewer design included several jack & bores under creeks, highways and railroad tracks.
