Cainhoy South Hopewell Receives Approval Recommendation

T&H project, Cainhoy South Hopewell, the first major subdivision within the Cainhoy Plantation development received a recommendation for approval from the City of Charleston Planning Commission on June 19th. Cainhoy South Hopewell is a 185-lot, 114.5-acre residential property. The development of the Cainhoy Peninsula will link Charleston to Mount Pleasant, a key connection in the rapidly expanding area.
