Selwyn Industrial: Cabot purchased the 104,700-square-foot Selwyn Northridge industrial storage facility in Huntersville, NC. The facility provides unparalleled access to I-77 and I-485 outside Charlotte in Mecklenburg County. T&H provided master planning, civil engineering design, permitting, and construction phase services on the project for Selwyn.

Panattoni South Creek Industrial Center: Panattoni Development Company announced a target date of spring 2023 for the groundbreaking of the 1.9 million-square-foot South Creek Industrial Center off of Porter Road near Exit 75 of Interstate 77 in Rock Hill, SC. The news follows the city’s planning commission recommended approval of the developer’s rezoning request last week. T&H is proud to be a part of the project adding to Panattoni’s growing industrial assemblage in the Charlotte region.

Chartwell Residential at Metrocenter: It’s been a pleasure for the Thomas & Hutton Nashville team be a part of the Chartwell at Watkins project in Metrocenter! The first phase that will include 377 apartments, an outdoor pool and lounge, a tenant clubhouse, a fitness center, and a parking garage. When it’s completed, the lakefront complex will have a total of 800 apartments.

Intersection Improvements – We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to bring intersection improvements to Barnwell Road at Niblick Drive in Johns Creek. City Council approved the contract on 9/14.

The nearly finished Battery Park Pedestrian Bridge is in the news once again! The Post and Courier examines the singularity of a structure like the bridge in North Charleston and its prominent role in catalyzing redevelopment in the area. We are thrilled to see our structural and landscape architecture teams’ design have such a significant purpose in the North Charleston community.
