DSP I-16 Logistics Center, Bryan County, GA – Citing access to the Port of Savannah and proximity to I-16 as significant drivers, Drayton Street Partners announced their plans for the DSP I-16 Logistics Center. T&H is working with the Dayton Street Partners team on the 548,000-square-foot project in Ellabel envisioned to support a surge of growth at the Port.

Elkay Manufacturing, Robeson County, NC – Business North Carolina examines the promise of the blossoming economic environment in Robeson County, NC. Indicative of its name, the Lumberton/Robeson County I-95/I-74 Industrial Park provides unparalleled east-west access via interstate highway and will be home to Illinois- based Elkay Manufacturing’s southeast distribution center. Elkay is a leading manufacturer of stainless steel sinks, faucets, drinking fountains, and bottle fillers.
T&H assisted with site selection and master planning for the Elkay building, and support infrastructure for the site, including the 500,000-gallon elevated water tank for the Industrial park.

Dixie Manufacturing Plant, Jackson, TN – We are thankful to be working with JE Dunn Construction on this 241-acre site of historic proportions for the state of Tennessee. Georgia Pacific expects to break on the 900,000 square-foot Dixie manufacturing plant this October. This project is the single largest economic investment in the city of Jackson’s history.
