Bevor er 2013 zu Thomas & Hutton kam, sammelte er 23 Jahre lang Erfahrungen in Fortune-100-Unternehmen, wo er F\u00fchrungsaufgaben \u00fcbernahm. Als zertifizierter Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfer und zertifizierter Betrugspr\u00fcfer absolvierte Tom The Citadel, wo er einen Bachelor of Science in Rechnungswesen erwarb, sowie einen Master of Business Administration in Finanzen von der Farleigh Dickinson University.
