Er beaufsichtigt den B\u00fcrobetrieb, die kommunale Infrastruktur und Erschlie\u00dfungsprojekte, die haupts\u00e4chlich in der s\u00fcd\u00f6stlichen K\u00fcstenregion von Georgia angesiedelt sind. Er erwarb seinen Bachelor of Science in Bauingenieurwesen am Georgia Institute of Technology und kam im selben Jahr 1997 zu Thomas & Hutton. Als zugelassener Ingenieur verf\u00fcgt Charles \u00fcber umfangreiche Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Standortbewertung, Umwidmung, Vorplanung, Genehmigungsantr\u00e4ge, technische Planung, Vertragsunterlagen und Spezifikationen sowie Bauverwaltung f\u00fcr Wasser, Abwasser, Regenwasserentw\u00e4sserung und Stra\u00dfen f\u00fcr Gewerbe-, Wohn-, Kommunal- und Industrieprojekte.
