Cecilia Arango<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]„Mein Schwiegervater ist bei Thomas & Hutton in den Ruhestand gegangen und hat 41 Jahre lang in diesem Unternehmen gearbeitet. In diesen Jahren steckt eine Menge Geschichte! Wenn ich durch die Stadt fahre, sehe ich gerne seinen Gesichtsausdruck, wenn wir auf eines seiner Projekte sto\u00dfen. Seine Augen leuchten auf, sein Verhalten \u00e4ndert sich, seine Wirbels\u00e4ule wird ein wenig gerader. Man kann seinen Stolz sp\u00fcren. Er ist stolz auf seine Arbeit und ich wei\u00df, dass er sich gleich kopf\u00fcber in eine Geschichte st\u00fcrzen wird, wie alles begann. Er beginnt, mir von den Herausforderungen zu erz\u00e4hlen, von den aufkeimenden Beziehungen zwischen Kunden und Ingenieuren, die sich zu echten Freundschaften entwickeln, und von der Zusammenarbeit in seinem Team, um die besten L\u00f6sungen zu finden. Er tritt pl\u00f6tzlich auf die Bremse. Wir k\u00f6nnen nicht einfach vorbeifahren. Er m\u00f6chte, dass ich es mit eigenen Augen sehe – die Fr\u00fcchte seiner Arbeit. Wir gehen an einem Paar vorbei, das seinen Abendspaziergang auf der von ihm entworfenen Stra\u00dfe macht. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, wie befriedigend es ist, die Vision dieses Projekts mitzuerleben – was einst nur ein St\u00fcck Erde war, ist nun in seiner endg\u00fcltigen Form eine atmende und bl\u00fchende Gemeinschaft. Ich liebe es, wenn ich sehe, mit welcher Leidenschaft jemand seine Arbeit macht. Sie strahlt in ihrer Haltung und bringt diese Energie mit sich, die wie Blitze ausstrahlt. Das ist ansteckend. Bei meiner Arbeit im Bauwesen fasziniert mich die Entstehungsgeschichte eines jeden Projekts – nicht nur die technischen Einzelheiten des Projekts, sondern auch die Beziehungen, der Denkprozess und die Zusammenarbeit, wie alles zusammenkommt. Wenn ich mir die kleinsten Details anh\u00f6re, ist es meine Aufgabe, diese Geschichten auf eine Art und Weise zu erz\u00e4hlen, die die Kreativit\u00e4t unserer Mitarbeiter und die Wissenschaft, die hinter jedem Projektdesign steht, hervorhebt.“<\/span><\/i>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=“25px“][vc_column_text]Cecilia ist Marketing Managerin bei Thomas & Hutton f\u00fcr alle Niederlassungen.
