Chris Magaldi, PE<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Er kam 2012 zu Thomas & Hutton als Projektmanager in der Bauabteilung in Charleston und wurde schnell zum Gruppenleiter. Chris wurde 2015 zum Gesellschafter ernannt und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung und -gestaltung. Chris wurde 2022 zum Regionaldirektor f\u00fcr Charleston ernannt und betreut die Kundenbeziehungen von Thomas & Hutton f\u00fcr alle Abteilungen in der Region Charleston, einschlie\u00dflich Charleston, Berkeley und Dorchester Counties. Er hat eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle bei mehreren Projekten gespielt, die die Region Charleston pr\u00e4gen, wie WestEdge, Summers Corner, Cainhoy und The Ponds.<\/p>\n

Chris ist Absolvent der Clemson University, wo er seinen Bachelor of Science in Bauingenieurwesen erwarb. Er besitzt eine Lizenz als Berufsingenieur (PE) in Georgia und South Carolina. Chris ist ein aktives Mitglied der American Society of Civil Engineers, des Civil Engineering Club of Charleston, der National Society of Professional Engineers, der Charleston Home Builders Association und des Urban Land Institute.
