[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]„Als Design-Profis setzen wir unsere F\u00e4higkeiten ein, um die Infrastruktur, die wir alle brauchen, um in der heutigen Welt zu leben und zu gedeihen, zu visualisieren, durch Zeichnungen zu vermitteln und zu implementieren. Wir \u00fcbernehmen die Verantwortung daf\u00fcr, die Gemeinschaften, in denen wir leben und arbeiten, so gut wie m\u00f6glich zu gestalten. Ob es sich dabei um die Parks handelt, in denen wir spielen, die Geb\u00e4ude und R\u00e4ume, in denen wir leben, arbeiten und uns aufhalten, oder um die Umwelt, die wir sch\u00fctzen und verbessern. Es wird nicht nur von uns erwartet, sondern ist auch sehr befriedigend, dass wir dazu beitragen, unsere D\u00f6rfer, St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden besser zu hinterlassen, als wir sie vorgefunden haben.“<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=“25px“][vc_column_text]Dan ist Principal und Regional Director f\u00fcr die Region Raleigh-Durham und kam im Oktober 2022 nach der \u00dcbernahme von CJT, P.A. durch Thomas & Hutton an Bord. Als professioneller Landschaftsarchitekt in North Carolina verf\u00fcgt Dan \u00fcber mehr als 40 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Raumplanung und Landschaftsarchitektur f\u00fcr Gewerbe-, Wohn-, Bildungs-, Wege- und Parkgestaltung im Forschungsdreieck von North Carolina und im ganzen Bundesstaat. Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber umfassende Erfahrung in der Planung von Wohnbauland und der Durchf\u00fchrbarkeit von Wohnbauprojekten mit Schwerpunkt auf erschwinglichem Wohnraum, Wohnungen mit gemischtem Einkommen und der Stabilisierung von Wohnvierteln.<\/p>\n

Dan ist Absolvent der Purdue University und aktives Mitglied der American Society of Landscape Architects. Derzeit ist er Mitglied in verschiedenen Beratungsgremien und Aussch\u00fcssen, darunter Durham Central Park, Durham Area Designers, Homebuilders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties.
