T&amp;H lieferte Konzeptplanung und \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit, Vermessungsarbeiten, beh\u00f6rdliche Genehmigungen, technische Planung, Ausschreibung und Bauleitung sowie Bauaufsicht f\u00fcr das Projekt, das Teil der dritten Phase der Verbesserungen am Ufer des Shem Creek ist und einen sicheren, barrierefreien Weg \u00fcber den Bach schafft.<\/p>\n<p>Die Arbeit an Shem Creek war f\u00fcr das Team von Thomas &amp; Hutton eine wirklich lohnende Erfahrung. Der Projektleiter der Stadt, Kevin Mitchell, brachte seinen Enthusiasmus und seine Visionen ein, die den Planungs-, Entwurfs- und Bauprozess sowohl zu einer Herausforderung als auch zu einem Vergn\u00fcgen machten. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Bauunternehmer, Cape Romain Contractors, der unglaublich f\u00e4hig war und mit dem es Spa\u00df machte, zusammenzuarbeiten. Gemeinsam haben wir einen wundersch\u00f6nen, einzigartigen Ort geschaffen, den Touristen und Einheimische in Mount Pleasant seit Jahrzehnten am beliebten Shem Creek Water Way genie\u00dfen
