Die erste Phase soll mit Zusch\u00fcssen finanziert werden und etwa 5.000 Fu\u00df lang sein, mit einem Gehweg im S\u00fcden, einem Mehrzweckzug im Norden sowie Landschaftsgestaltung und LED-Beleuchtung von der Ausfahrt 90 bis zur Emory Street.
