Thomas &amp; Hutton war von Anfang an an White Oak beteiligt und hat sowohl die urspr\u00fcngliche Standortwahl f\u00fcr das Grundst\u00fcck als auch die Gestaltung von Phase I \u00fcbernommen, in der sich jetzt Amazon und Club Car befinden.
