T&H wird die technische Planung, den Vorentwurf und die Ausf\u00fchrungsplanung sowie die Landschaftsarchitektur \u00fcbernehmen. Das Cross-Dock-Geb\u00e4ude wird 130 Docktore, vier Drive-In-Tore und eine lichte H\u00f6he von 36 Fu\u00df aufweisen, um den Anforderungen des Vertriebs f\u00fcr Hersteller, E-Commerce und Logistikunternehmen gerecht zu werden.
