Publix wird in der ersten Phase des Town Centers mit einer Fl\u00e4che von 63.000 Quadratmetern einen Anteil von 48.387 Quadratmetern ausmachen und als Einzelhandelsanker f\u00fcr das gemischt genutzte Projekt dienen. Die verbleibende Einzelhandelsfl\u00e4che wird von kleineren Restaurant- und Dienstleistungsbetrieben wie Huey Magoos und Panda Express eingenommen. Thomas &amp; Hutton lieferte die Master- und Standortplanung, die Entwicklung von Standards f\u00fcr die Gestaltung von Landschaft, Beschilderung und Beleuchtung, die Erstellung des Bebauungsplans sowie die Planung der Stra\u00dfen und der Infrastruktur f\u00fcr das 170 Hektar gro\u00dfe Gel\u00e4nde des Stadtzentrums durch Bauingenieurwesen und Landschaftsarchitektur.
