Der Bau des ersten von zwei Geb\u00e4uden des Portside Distribution Center in Summerville, South Carolina, ist abgeschlossen. Das 189.500 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfe Geb\u00e4ude wurde von Frampton Construction fertiggestellt und eignet sich f\u00fcr eine Reihe von Branchen, die im Charleston Distribution Corridor zu Hause sind, darunter Logistik, Luft- und Raumfahrt- sowie Automobilzulieferer, R\u00fcstungsunternehmen, Leichtindustrie und die Distribution auf der letzten Meile. Thomas & Hutton erbrachte zusammen mit dem Architekten McMillan Pazdan Smith und dem Team von Frampton Construction Leistungen in den Bereichen Standort-, Bau- und Landschaftsplanung f\u00fcr das 31-Hektar-Projekt.
