Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr erschwinglichen Wohnraum, den Erhalt von B\u00e4umen und Freifl\u00e4chen sowie eine Verkehrsstudie sind unter Anleitung der st\u00e4dtischen Mitarbeiter zu pr\u00fcfen.
