In dem Artikel werden die Verdienste des scheidenden GMA-Pr\u00e4sidenten und B\u00fcrgermeisters von Dublin, Phil Best, f\u00fcr die GMA und die Stadt Dublin, einschlie\u00dflich seiner Beteiligung an der Neugestaltung des Jackson Street Plaza, beschrieben. Die Jackson Street Plaza war ein &#8222;One Company&#8220;-Projekt. T&amp;H lieferte die Landschafts- und Landschaftsgestaltung, die Planierung und Entw\u00e4sserungsplanung, die Tragwerksplanung, die Wasser- und Abwasseranalyse sowie die Koordination und Planung der Versorgungseinrichtungen f\u00fcr die Neugestaltung der Jackson Street Plaza und des angrenzenden Parkplatzes.<\/p>\n<p>In der Ausgabe von Georgia Cities werden zwei weitere T&amp;H-Projekte wegen ihrer potenziellen wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen auf die Gemeinden, in denen sie angesiedelt sind, gelobt: das <strong>I-95 Belfast Keller Road Interchange<\/strong> in Richmond Hill, GA und der <strong>Busch Commerce Park<\/strong> in Cartersville, GA.<\/p>\n<p>Der Belfast Commerce Park wird an einer neuen Kreuzung der I-95 und der Belfast Keller Road liegen. T&amp;H lieferte die Konzeptentwicklung und die Verkehrsanalyse, die Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeitspr\u00fcfung, den Vorentwurf, die Entwicklung des ROW-Plans und den endg\u00fcltigen Entwurf f\u00fcr die Kreuzung. Die Fertigstellung der neuen Ausfahrt ist f\u00fcr das Jahr 2021 geplant, und die 1 Million Quadratmeter neue Industrieansiedlung, die bereits an der Anschlussstelle geplant ist, bedeutet 150 neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr die Gemeinde Richmond Hill, Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Der Rome-Cartersville Development Corridor, zu dem auch der 700 Hektar gro\u00dfe Busch Commerce Park geh\u00f6rt, wird als Anschluss an die I-75 dienen und den US Highway 411 Corridor f\u00fcr die industrielle Ansiedlung \u00f6ffnen.
