Highschool-Teilnehmer aus dem Savannah-Chatham County Public School System wurden von Brad Lariscy, Jen Roach und Jason Chambless bei verschiedenen Aktivit\u00e4ten mit realen Anwendungen im Bereich der Technik angeleitet.<\/p>\n

Die Sch\u00fcler wurden in mehrere Gruppen eingeteilt, um sich darin zu messen, wer bei einer Vermessungs\u00fcbung den geringsten Schlie\u00dfungsfehler erzielen konnte. Sie nahmen auch an der Erfassung von Regenwasserinfrastrukturdaten mit Hilfe von GIS-Vermessungsger\u00e4ten teil, die live in ihrer eigenen Geodatenbank in geothinQ aktualisiert wurden.<\/p>\n

Schlie\u00dflich erlebten die Studenten, wie Brad Lariscy die T&H-Drohne flog, und \u00fcberlegten, wie die Drohne in Verbindung mit Standardvermessungsger\u00e4ten und GIS eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnte, um die Arbeit eines Bauingenieurs effizienter und effektiver zu gestalten.<\/p>\n
