Die Mitarbeiter des Jahres werden von ihren Kollegen nominiert, weil sie sich in ihrer Position besonders hervorgetan, das Unternehmen\/den Berufsstand vorangebracht oder sich stark f\u00fcr ihre Arbeit engagiert haben.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

„Melissa zeigt ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Engagement sowohl f\u00fcr ihre pers\u00f6nliche Familie als auch f\u00fcr die Familie von Thomas & Hutton. Sie schaut immer nach ihren Teammitgliedern, fragt, wie es bei der Arbeit und au\u00dferhalb der Arbeit l\u00e4uft, und baut eine pers\u00f6nliche Beziehung zu jedem ihrer Kollegen auf“, sagte Brad Sanderson, Leiter der Bauabteilung.<\/p>\n
