Die T&amp;H-Mitarbeiter des Jahres werden von ihren Kollegen nominiert, weil sie sich in ihrer Position besonders hervorgetan haben, das Unternehmen\/den Berufsstand vorangebracht haben oder sich in ihrer Arbeit besonders engagieren.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-center para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">&#8222;Mike ist der Senior Crew Chief der Vermessungsabteilung. Er gilt als der beste Ausbilder f\u00fcr alle neuen Mitarbeiter, die zu Thomas &amp; Hutton kommen.
