Jake ist Projektmanager in unserer Bauabteilung in Atlanta und arbeitet seit 2018 bei T&amp;H. Die Mitarbeiter des Jahres werden von ihren Kollegen nominiert, weil sie sich in ihrer Position besonders hervorgetan, das Unternehmen\/den Berufsstand vorangebracht oder sich stark f\u00fcr ihre Arbeit engagiert haben.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">&#8222;Jake beweist in allen Aspekten seiner t\u00e4glichen Arbeit immer wieder ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Kompetenz und Geschick. Insbesondere im vergangenen Jahr hat er die Rolle eines Mentors f\u00fcr mehrere k\u00fcrzlich eingestellte Designer \u00fcbernommen. Es ist wichtig, dass unsere j\u00fcngeren Mitarbeiter schon fr\u00fch solide technische Praktiken entwickeln. Jakes F\u00e4higkeit und Bereitschaft, ihnen als Mentor zur Seite zu stehen, wird von jedem Mitarbeiter sehr gesch\u00e4tzt&#8220;, so Projektleiter Andy White, PE.  <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8222;Jake hat in diesem Jahr auch mehr Aufgaben \u00fcbernommen, die f\u00fcr einen Projektmanager typisch sind. Er hat starke Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeiten bewiesen, reagiert schnell und k\u00fcmmert sich um den Kunden. Jake hat dieses Jahr auch die PE-Pr\u00fcfung bestanden, was ein gro\u00dfer Meilenstein und eine gro\u00dfe Leistung ist.
