Thomas & Hutton leistete Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Umzonung und der konzeptionellen Planung, um eine \u00c4nderung des Fl\u00e4chennutzungsplans zu erwirken, mit der zwei Parzellen von einem landwirtschaftlichen Wohngebiet in ein Leichtindustriegebiet umgewandelt werden sollten. Thomas & Hutton wird auch die komplette Bau- und Landschaftsarchitektur \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n

Die B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen des Geb\u00e4udes erstrecken sich \u00fcber die Grenzen des Dorfes hinaus in die Stadt Burgaw. Thomas & Hutton unterst\u00fctzte Fresh Continents bei der Durchsetzung der verschiedenen Verordnungen der beiden Regierungsbeh\u00f6rden sowie bei der Einholung einer Sondernutzungserlaubnis in St. Helena und der Erweiterung der Wasser- und Abwasserkan\u00e4le in Burgaw. Das Projekt ist f\u00fcr eine k\u00fcnftige Erweiterung ausgelegt und wird bis zu 40 lokale Arbeitspl\u00e4tze schaffen. Es wird den \u00f6rtlichen Landwirten die M\u00f6glichkeit bieten, ihre Ernte vor dem Versand zu lagern.<\/p>\n
