Dieser besondere Abschnitt der Rohrleitung wird einen verbesserten Abfluss f\u00fcr die Nachbarschaft von Fox Pond bieten. Dies ist der erste Schritt auf dem Weg zu einem Regenwasserkanalsystem, das letztendlich mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t arbeiten wird, die den aktuellen Planungsstandards der Stadt entspricht.<\/p>\n<p>In einer von Thomas &amp; Hutton durchgef\u00fchrten Wassereinzugsgebietsstudie wurde das Royall Avenue Drainage Basin von Mount Pleasant als vorrangig zu verbesserndes Gebiet identifiziert. Aufgrund der fl\u00e4chendeckenden Bebauung fehlt es dem Gebiet an der notwendigen modernen Infrastruktur f\u00fcr eine angemessene Entw\u00e4sserung.
