Die Stadt Spring Hill baut die neue Druckerh\u00f6hungsanlage, um den langfristigen Wasserbezug vom benachbarten Versorgungsgebiet Columbia Power and Water System (CPWS) zu erleichtern. Der erh\u00f6hte langfristige Wasserbezug (von 0,8 MGD auf 3,0 MGD) erm\u00f6glicht es der Stadt Spring Hill, die Kapitalkosten f\u00fcr die Erweiterung ihrer Wasseraufbereitungsanlage um etwa 5-10 Jahre zu verschieben.<\/p>\n<div>Die Druckerh\u00f6hungsanlage wird drei horizontale Split-Case-Pumpen mit einer Leistung von 75 PS enthalten, die jeweils mit einem Frequenzumrichter betrieben werden. Jede Pumpe hat eine Betriebskapazit\u00e4t von 1.200 Gallonen pro Minute. Zwei Pumpen werden gleichzeitig in Betrieb sein, wobei eine als redundante Reserve dient und eine Betriebskapazit\u00e4t von etwa 3,00 MGD bietet.<\/div>\n<p>Die Druckerh\u00f6hungsstation wird mit einem Einschienenbahntr\u00e4ger \u00fcber der Mittellinie der Pumpen ausgestattet sein, um den zuk\u00fcnftigen Ausbau und die Wartung der Pumpen zu erm\u00f6glichen. Ein magnetischer Durchflussmesser wird in der Abflussleitung angebracht, um die momentane Durchflussmenge aufzuzeichnen, die f\u00fcr die Abrechnung mit CPWS verwendet wird.
