Thomas & Hutton unterst\u00fctzt den Bezirk Bryan bei der Sanierung der Bryan Fisherman’s Co-op. Bei der Co-op handelt es sich um eine ehemalige Garnelenfarm, die in den 1970er Jahren bis 2007 in Betrieb war. Es befindet sich auf einem 26 Hektar gro\u00dfen Grundst\u00fcck am Wasser an der Kreuzung von Fisherman’s Co-op Road und Kilkenny Creek in South Bryan County. Der Bezirk erhielt vom Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) einen Zuschuss in H\u00f6he von 3 Millionen Dollar f\u00fcr das Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Program (GOSP) und baut das Gel\u00e4nde zu einer \u00f6ffentlichen Erholungseinrichtung mit neuen Bootsrampen, Spazier-, Wander- und Radwegen, Stegen mit Beobachtungspunkten f\u00fcr die Tierwelt, Toiletten, einem Pier am Wasser mit Pavillon und einem Schwimmsteg mit Kajakstation um.<\/p>\n

Thomas & Hutton war an der Due-Diligence-Pr\u00fcfung beteiligt, bevor der Landkreis die Immobilie erwarb, und f\u00fchrte eine strukturelle Bewertung der vorhandenen Standortkomponenten durch. Wir unterst\u00fctzen den Landkreis bei dem zweistufigen Antragsverfahren f\u00fcr den GOSP-Zuschuss und sind mit der Planung, Genehmigung und dem Bau der Anlage beauftragt. Die Planungsarbeiten werden noch in diesem Jahr beginnen, und die Bauarbeiten werden voraussichtlich im Herbst 2024 abgeschlossen sein.<\/p>\n
