Sein Bestreben, stets erfolgreiche Projekte f\u00fcr die Kunden und die Gemeinden, in denen Thomas &amp; Hutton t\u00e4tig ist, zu realisieren, und seine positive Einstellung, die alle um ihn herum anspornt, waren motivierende Faktoren f\u00fcr die Ernennung von James zum Gesellschafter im Jahr 2021. James ist zugelassener Ingenieur in South Carolina und Absolvent der University of Pittsburgh, wo er einen Bachelor of Science in Bauingenieurwesen erwarb. James ist Absolvent des Leadership Charleston-Programms der Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, fungiert als Berater des Charleston Intern Network und beteiligt sich an mehreren lokalen philanthropischen Projekten.<\/p>\n<p>Als Projektmanager ist James f\u00fcr die Gesamtplanung und den Entwurf von Baugrundst\u00fccken f\u00fcr private und kommunale Kunden verantwortlich. James arbeitet mit Bautr\u00e4gern und lokalen und nationalen Bauherren zusammen, um Gemeinden zu schaffen, die den Wert des Flachlandes auch in den kommenden Jahrzehnten steigern werden. Bei der Planung und dem Entwurf von Projekten arbeitet James mit Kunden und lokalen Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass seine Projekte den Anforderungen des Gebiets entsprechen, sei es, um angrenzende Siedlungen vor \u00dcberschwemmungen zu sch\u00fctzen, Verkehrsprobleme zu entsch\u00e4rfen oder bestehende Naturschutzgebiete zu erhalten. Mal. Geehrt werden 40 herausragende Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten, die sich in ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn ausgezeichnet haben, sich in der Gemeinschaft f\u00fcr einen positiven Wandel einsetzen und weit \u00fcber die Auszeichnung &#8222;Forty Under 40&#8220; hinaus wirken. Die Jury des Business Journals hatte eine schwierige Aufgabe bei der Entscheidung, wer in die Klasse der Forty Under 40 f\u00fcr das Jahr 2022 aufgenommen werden sollte. Alle Nominierten zeichneten sich durch ihr Engagement in ihrem Beruf und ihren Einsatz f\u00fcr die Gemeinschaft aus. Die diesj\u00e4hrige Klasse wird am Donnerstag, den 15.
