Der Baukonstrukteur Andres Cortes-Ramirez hat die Pr\u00fcfung Principles and Practices of Engineering Civil mit der Vertiefungspr\u00fcfung Water Resources and Environmental bestanden und die f\u00fcr den Erwerb des PE erforderliche Erfahrung nachgewiesen.<\/p>\n<p>Andres Cortes-Ramirez arbeitet seit 2019 in der Zivilabteilung von Thomas &amp; Hutton. Andres schloss sein Studium an der University of North Carolina mit einem Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology ab. Als Baukonstrukteur und Leiter eines Projektteams erstellt Andres Baupl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr die Erschlie\u00dfung des Gel\u00e4ndes sowie technische Konstruktions\u00fcberlegungen f\u00fcr die Wasser-, Abwasser- und Regenabflussinfrastruktur im Zusammenhang mit Wohnbauprojekten in South Carolina Lowcountry. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist er f\u00fcr die Koordinierung von Aufgaben unter den Teammitgliedern, die Mitwirkung an Genehmigungsantr\u00e4gen und die Einhaltung von Projektzeitpl\u00e4nen verantwortlich.<\/p>\n<p>Andres arbeitet derzeit an mehreren bemerkenswerten Projekten in Hardeeville, SC, darunter Magnolia Walk und Horizons im West Argent PDD, Hampton Pointe im East Argent PDD und Long Park Cottages &#8211; eine freistehende Mietwohnanlage.
