Es wird erwartet, dass die Einwohnerzahl von Gwinnett in den kommenden Jahren auf fast eine Million ansteigen wird. Capstone Senior Design-Studenten des University of Georgia College of Engineering arbeiten in diesem Jahr zusammen mit Ingenieuren von Thomas &amp; Hutton aus der Region Atlanta an Richmond Row Townhomes. Das Projekt wird aus 150 Reihenh\u00e4usern und 345 Wohneinheiten bestehen und der Stadt Suwanee und dem n\u00f6rdlichen Gwinnett County dringend ben\u00f6tigte Wohnm\u00f6glichkeiten bieten.<\/p>\n<p>Bei ihrem ersten Besuch vor Ort beobachteten die Studenten Entwurfselemente und Standortbedingungen im Zusammenhang mit der Topografie und den vorhandenen Versorgungseinrichtungen, einschlie\u00dflich der Auswirkungen von H\u00f6henunterschieden auf das Geb\u00e4udefundament und die Planierung. Gemeinsam er\u00f6rterten sie die Wasser- und Abwassersysteme, Erosionsschutzmethoden, Regenbecken und die gemeinsame Verkehrsanbindung f\u00fcr das Wohnungs- und Reihenhausgel\u00e4nde. Im Laufe des Jahres werden die Studenten an einem prototypischen Standortentwurf arbeiten, der den Erschlie\u00dfungsvorschriften von Gwinnett County entspricht und den Standort effizient nutzt. Die Studentengruppe, die Richmond Row als Abschlussprojekt ausgew\u00e4hlt hat, wird Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr die Verkehrsregelung innerhalb der Unterteilung, f\u00fcr Stra\u00dfenparkpl\u00e4tze, Pocket Parks, Regenwasserr\u00fcckhaltung, Freifl\u00e4chenzugang, Erholungseinrichtungen und Landschaftsgestaltung erstellen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large
