Las iniciativas de calles completas formaban parte del proyecto T&amp;H: Old Town Streetscapes en el distrito cultural de Bluffton, que figura en el Registro Hist\u00f3rico Nacional. El proyecto estableci\u00f3 las dos calzadas como puertas de entrada al cada vez m\u00e1s popular centro de la ciudad, a\u00f1adiendo 220 plazas de aparcamiento, 98 farolas, casi 1.500 metros lineales de aceras, bancos y un mejor drenaje de las aguas pluviales.
