El proyecto incluye la restauraci\u00f3n del hist\u00f3rico pueblo molinero de Greenville en sesenta casas adosadas de tres plantas y viviendas unifamiliares de estilo modernizado de pueblo molinero. Los residentes disfrutar\u00e1n de vistas al mar, acceso al r\u00edo y proximidad a servicios comerciales.
