El centro de distribuci\u00f3n de Amazon en el White Oak Business Center del condado de Columbia, GA, ha sido galardonado con el premio \u00abDeal Of The Year\u00bb de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico de Georgia (GEDA) en la categor\u00eda de grandes proyectos. T&H ha participado en White Oak desde su planificaci\u00f3n inicial, prestando servicios de selecci\u00f3n de emplazamientos para el promotor y dise\u00f1ando las infraestructuras de carreteras, agua y alcantarillado para la Autoridad de Desarrollo de Columbia. Las instalaciones de cinco plantas, situadas a las afueras de Augusta, ocupan una enorme superficie de 2.850.000 pies cuadrados y servir\u00e1n de nuevo prototipo para Amazon.
