Jake es Gerente de Proyectos en nuestro Departamento Civil de Atlanta y ha estado con T&amp;H desde 2018. Los empleados del a\u00f1o son nominados por sus compa\u00f1eros por destacar en su puesto, hacer progresar a la empresa\/profesi\u00f3n o tener un fuerte compromiso con su trabajo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">\u00abJake sigue demostrando el m\u00e1ximo nivel de competencia y habilidad en todos los aspectos de su trabajo diario. Este \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, en concreto, ha asumido el papel de mentor de varios dise\u00f1adores reci\u00e9n contratados. Es importante que los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes desarrollen buenas pr\u00e1cticas de ingenier\u00eda desde el principio. La capacidad y la voluntad de Jake de servirles de mentor es algo muy deseable en cualquier empleado\u00bb, dijo el Director de Proyectos Andy White, PE.  <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00abJake tambi\u00e9n ha asumido este a\u00f1o m\u00e1s tareas propias de un gestor de proyectos. Ha demostrado una gran capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n, responde con rapidez y se preocupa por el cliente. Jake tambi\u00e9n aprob\u00f3 el examen PE este a\u00f1o, que es un gran hito y logro.
