B. H. Craig Construction est\u00e1 realizando importantes avances en la estaci\u00f3n de refuerzo de agua de la autopista 31 dise\u00f1ada por T&amp;H. La ciudad de Spring Hill est\u00e1 construyendo la nueva estaci\u00f3n de bombeo para facilitar la compra de agua a largo plazo al distrito de servicios adyacente, Columbia Power and Water System (CPWS). El aumento de la compra de agua a largo plazo ( de 0,8 MGD a 3,0 MGD) permitir\u00e1 a la Ciudad de Spring Hill retrasar el coste de capital de la ampliaci\u00f3n de su Planta de Tratamiento de Agua durante aproximadamente 5-10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<div>La estaci\u00f3n de bombeo de agua contendr\u00e1 tres bombas horizontales de caja partida de 75 caballos de potencia, cada una accionada por un variador de frecuencia. Cada bomba tendr\u00e1 una capacidad operativa de 1.200 galones por minuto. Dos bombas funcionar\u00e1n simult\u00e1neamente, con una como reserva redundante, proporcionando una capacidad operativa de aproximadamente 3,00 MGD.<\/div>\n<p>La estaci\u00f3n de bombeo contar\u00e1 con una viga monorra\u00edl sobre la l\u00ednea central de las bombas para permitir su futura retirada y mantenimiento. Se colocar\u00e1 un caudal\u00edmetro magn\u00e9tico en la tuber\u00eda de descarga para registrar los caudales instant\u00e1neos que se utilizar\u00e1n para la facturaci\u00f3n de CPWS.
