El dise\u00f1ador civil Andr\u00e9s Cort\u00e9s-Ram\u00edrez aprob\u00f3 el examen de Principios y Pr\u00e1cticas de Ingenier\u00eda Civil con el examen de Recursos H\u00eddricos y Profundizaci\u00f3n Medioambiental y ha satisfecho el requisito de experiencia necesario para convertirse en PE.<\/p>\n<p>Andr\u00e9s Cort\u00e9s-Ram\u00edrez se incorpor\u00f3 al Departamento Civil de Thomas &amp; Hutton en 2019. Andr\u00e9s se licenci\u00f3 en Tecnolog\u00eda de Ingenier\u00eda Civil por la Universidad de Carolina del Norte. Como dise\u00f1ador civil y jefe de equipo de proyecto, Andr\u00e9s prepara los planos de construcci\u00f3n de desarrollo del sitio y las consideraciones de dise\u00f1o de ingenier\u00eda para la infraestructura de agua, alcantarillado y drenaje pluvial asociado con proyectos residenciales en el Lowcountry de Carolina del Sur. Tambi\u00e9n es responsable de coordinar las tareas entre los miembros del equipo, contribuir a las solicitudes de permisos y cumplir los calendarios de los proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>Andr\u00e9s est\u00e1 trabajando actualmente en varios proyectos notables en Hardeeville, SC, incluyendo Magnolia Walk y Horizons dentro de la West Argent PDD, Hampton Pointe dentro de la East Argent PDD, y Long Park Cottages &#8211; una comunidad de producto de alquiler unifamiliar.
