Glenn Durrence, PE

Glenn is the Transportation Manager and has been with Thomas & Hutton since 2011, bringing 31 years of additional previous experience.  He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. A licensed Professional Engineer, Glenn has experience in planning publicly funded infrastructure projects and is responsible for the overall management of transportation projects, including planning, environmental studies, traffic engineering, and highway and bridge design.  Previously employed by the Georgia Department of Transportation as District Engineer, Glenn is involved in professional organizations that have included American Society of Civil Engineers, Coastal Georgia Comprehensive Planning Committee, Erosion and Sediment Control Overview Council, Glennville Recreation Department Board, Chairman of Georgia Department of Transportation Prequalification Committee, Chairman of DBE/WBE Appeals Committee, and Steering Committee for Georgia Partnership for Transportation Quality.
