Ryan is a Principal and Civil Manager for the Savannah office. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental and Civil Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and joined Thomas & Hutton the same year in 2000. A licensed Professional Engineer and certified LEED Accredited Professional, Ryan has experience with a variety of site development projects that includes general consulting, due diligence assistance, base information development, conceptual master planning, utility master planning, land planning, and rezoning. In addition, he has worked in multiple municipalities with varying design standards and has experience with different types of developments and appreciates how design standards regulate each. Ryan has been witness to modifications of these standards and understands the positive and negative impacts. He has attended various public hearings in regards to design standard development and has listened to the concerns voiced from the public, design professionals, and the municipality involved. These experiences have proven to be invaluable as we understand the needs of the stakeholders.
