Improvements include:

• Addition of trees and landscaping (with irrigation)
• Sidewalks to connect to other sidewalks and trails in the area.
• Create new small parking area to become a trailhead for adjacent trails.
• Iconic vertical Gateway element that will reflect design of the West Gateway.
• The large roundabout at Hwy. 142 can also serve as a Gateway to the entire CID.
