Lisa serves as Vice President of Infrastructure, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading complex infrastructure and environmental projects across the Southeast. Hillary serves as a Principal and Project Manager in our Charleston office, leading stormwater and flood mitigation projects that strengthen resilience across South Carolina.
