Land Surveying & Property Surveying
Thomas & Hutton provides land surveying and mapping services to clients in the Southeast United States. Our in-house land surveying capabilities are one of the main components of our business. We manage the unique and demanding needs of 1,000-acre developments to design, staking, and post-construction surveys to develop commercial properties with individual lot or construction staking services. Additionally, our staff performs specific airport obstruction and Part 77 penetration surveys per FAA Advisory Circular Standards.
Our 14+ survey crews undergo training on the latest equipment and technology. In addition, our investment in GIS and GPS technologies allows us to deliver the correct information to fit your project requirements and needs.
