Thomas & Hutton Awarded with Two 2026 Engineering Excellence Merit Awards

Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is proud to celebrate two 2026 Engineering Excellence Merit Awards from ACEC Georgia.

Belfast Keller Road School Accesses earned recognition in the Transportation category for large projects over $10 million in construction costs. In one of the nation’s fastest-growing communities, this Bryan County, Georgia project improved safety, access, and long-term mobility through roadway widening, upgraded drainage, sidewalks, and two modern roundabouts serving new school entrances.

Argent Cottages was recognized in the Special Projects category for reimagining multifamily living in Hardeeville, South Carolina. With 345 standalone rental homes, walkable design, and thoughtfully planned amenities, the community offers a fresh approach to attainable housing and neighborhood-centered living.
