Thomas & Hutton (T&H) was proud to sponsor the Twin Rivers Donut Dash in Buford, Georgia, doubling down on our support through a companywide Jeans Day fundraiser.
Beyond a great race, this event supports something even more impactful. Twin Rivers Middle School is committed to fostering a positive, encouraging environment through PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports). This program helps students learn expectations, build strong habits, and be recognized for positive behavior through schoolwide celebrations, individual rewards, and even their school store. Funding from events like the Donut Dash helps keep these programs going strong.
On race day, Alexis Anguiano, EIT, Dylan Burrell, PE, and Matt Felts, PE represented T&H in the 5K—with Alexis and Matt taking first in their divisions and placing second and third overall (not a bad way to earn your donut). The cause hits close to home, too, with T&H’s own Corina Fluker’s mom serving as a teacher at Twin Rivers.
Supporting schools, celebrating students, and showing up for our communities, it’s something we care deeply about!
