29 Sep BRAD LARISCY, PLS PROMOTED TO GEOMATICS STANDARDS & OPERATIONS MANAGER AT THOMAS & HUTTON
Savannah, GA, September 8, 2026 — Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held, employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, has promoted Brad Lariscy, PLS to Geomatics Standards & Operations Manager, a new firmwide leadership role focused on strengthening coordination, consistency, and growth across the company’s surveying operations.
Brad brings more than 20 years of land surveying experience, including traditional surveying, project management, UAV-based data collection, LiDAR, and reality capture.
In his new role, Brad will work with survey managers across T&H to coordinate staffing, equipment, training, workload, standards, and operational planning. He will also support executive leadership with strategic planning, future service lines, and long-term growth of the firm’s geomatics practice.
“Brad brings the technical experience, operational knowledge, and forward-thinking perspective needed to help connect our survey teams across the company,” said Chief Operations Officer Trent Thompson, PE. “His leadership will help us strengthen consistency, share resources more effectively, and prepare for continued growth.”
Brad is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Georgia, holds an FAA Part 107 UAS Remote Pilot Certificate, and is active with the Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia. He has also supported student outreach through Get Kids into Survey.
