The Gregorie Ferry Towns an effort by the Town of Mount Pleasant to provide workforce housing within the town limits that gives community members the opportunity to live in close proximity to where they work, at a price commensurate with their income. T&H provided engineering, land planning, landscape architecture, permitting, surveying, and construction phase services for the project featured in Live 5 WCSC.
