10 Aug Matt Svejkovsky Earns PLS License in North Carolina!
T&H is pleased to announce its newest Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in North Carolina. Matt Svejkovsky passed the experience, education requirements and state specific surveying exam needed to become a PLS in North Carolina. He is now a PLS in both South and North Carolina.
Matt is a Survey Manager in T&H’s Myrtle Beach region with over 25 years of experience in surveying and mapping services for federal, state, and private clients. Matt has a wide-ranging background in boundary, ALTA, topographic, airport, highway, utility route and corridor surveys, hydrographic, drainage survey/studies, construction staking, and preparation of record documents for various public utilities. He holds a surveying and construction engineering technology degree from the University of Akron. Matt is actively involved with the National Society of Professional Surveyors and the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors (SCSPLS) and the local SCSPLS Grand Strand Chapter.
Matt has a wealth of survey knowledge in land development along the Carolina Coast, as highlighted in his resume. Notable projects include the Wilmington Airport Runway 6-24 rehab survey, the SC Hwy 31 (Carolina Bays Parkway) for a new limited-access freeway that extends to the North Carolina State line, as well as multiple Lennar projects in South and North Carolina.
