10 Aug Perry Gerard Earns PLS License in North Carolina!
Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is pleased to announce its newest Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in North Carolina. Perry Gerard passed the experience, education requirements, and state-specific surveying exam needed to become a PLS in North Carolina. He is now a PLS in both North and South Carolina.
Perry is a Survey Manager in T&H’s Charleston region with 25 years of experience in surveying and mapping, including preparing boundary, topographic, and wetland surveys. His experience includes various large tract boundaries for municipal and private development clients. He holds an associate degree in civil engineering technology from Trident Technical College. Perry is actively involved with the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors (SCSPLS) and the local SCSPLS Coastal Chapter.
Perry has gained vast experience working on significant industrial and residential projects along the South and North Carolina coasts. His impressive resume features landmark developments such as the Piedmont Commerce Park in Kernersville, NC, and the Webb Road Industrial Campus in Salisbury, NC. He has also been involved in notable communities in the Lowcountry, including Cane Bay, Daniel Island, and Carnes Crossroads.
