T&H New Hires in Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Charlotte, Durham, and Brunswick

Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hires in its Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Charlotte, Durham, and Brunswick regions: 

Dawson Stebbins joined T&H’s Columbia Region as a Designer in the Civil Department. Dawson recently graduated from Clemson University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. As a designer, Dawson assists with preparing site development construction drawings, engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, and permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and industrial projects across South Carolina.

Will Hucks joined T&H’s Myrtle Beach Region as an Engineering Technician in the Civil Department. Will obtained his associate degree in applied science – civil engineering technician from Horry Georgetown Technical College. He brings three years of work in site design experience to his new role at T&H, where he will complete plan sets and accompanying calculations and reports for developments throughout the Grand Strand. He is working on the Old Cypress Preserve Phase 3 in Horry County.

Larry Ragsdale joined T&H’s Myrtle Beach Region as a Field Representative in the Civil Department. Larry is a South Carolina native with many years of experience in construction surveying, field engineering, and environmental quality control. Most recently, Larry completed a 30-year career at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environment – Environmental Control in various divisions, including the District Services, the Bureau of Water, and the Bureau of Air Quality. Larry is active in the Water Environment Association of South Carolina and volunteers with Ainsley’s Angels. As a Field Representative, Larry will perform routine construction observation for residential and other land development projects while liaising between the owner, Thomas & Hutton, and the contractor. He will assist Thomas & Hutton project managers in effectively administering construction contracts by visiting project sites and reviewing conditions, participating in meetings, and keeping up with all project plans and specifications.

Kerri Nickel joined T&H’s Charlotte Region as an Engineering Technician in the Civil Department. Kerri obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with previous experience as an intern and graduate research assistant in architecture and landscape architecture. As an Engineering Technician, Kerri will assist with putting together exhibits and supporting the design team by preparing layouts, detail drawings, and preliminary and final drawings needed for permitting and construction. She is working with the Civil Department on several industrial sites in the Charlotte Region.

Brooke Pauli joined T&H’s Raleigh-Durham Region as a Survey/GPS Crew Member. Brooke studied biology at Loyola University of New Orleans, where she worked in the culinary industry. Her most recent roles include as a consulting utility forester and park naturalist. As a Survey/GPS Crew member, Brooke will perform various land surveying activities for public and private clients throughout the Triangle region.

Hunter Kennison joined T&H’s Brunswick Region as a Designer in the Civil department. Hunter earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University and brings three years of experience as a site superintendent/project engineer in Atlanta’s custom home industry. As a Designer, Robert assists with plan production, drainage, water, and sewer design for clients, permitting agency correspondence, and construction observation. He works on the Altama Tract, a +/-2,000 unit subdivision and Seaboard Inert landfill in Brunswick, and the Wayne County IDA Commerce Park in Jesup.
