T&H Project In The News: Six Mile Park Pavilion

Excitement filled the air as the town of Six Mile broke ground on a state-of-the-art park pavilion, a project set to become the vibrant hub of the community on Main Street and draw visitors from far and wide.

This new open-air steel-framed pavilion, designed to host the town’s farmers market, promises to be more than just a gathering space; it signifies growth, community and a promising future for Six Mile. The project includes new access walks, ramps and steps along Main Street and landscaped seating areas to the north and to the east of the pavilion. The pavilion will have a roof area of 3,350 square feet and have an adjacent free-standing storage building of 225 square feet. Mayor Roy Stoddard expects the project to be completed in about six to eight months

T&H has been working with the Town of Six Mile for the past seven years on a planned park for the town. T&H created a master plan for the 7.5 Ac. Park, assisted with Grant applications and administration, design and permitting of Phases 1 and 2 of the park, as well as design and permitting for the Pavilion.
