Timothy Downs, our Regional Director of North Carolina Economic Development, introduced “The Practicality of Sustainability: Micro & Macro Actions for Development” panel at the 2024 ULI Carolinas Conference.
As a member of the 2024 ULI Carolinas Meeting Program Committee, Timothy ‘contributes to an event that is a cornerstone for the real estate sector in the region. The ULI Carolinas Meeting attracts more than 800 attendees annually. It is the only event that brings together EVERY sector of the real estate industry in one place. The Urban Land Institute is a global nonprofit education and research institute supported by its members.
