Charleston, SC, June 17, 2024— Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hire in its Charleston region.
Casey Phillips is a Field Representative. He graduated from The University of South Carolina in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and looks forward to receiving his Master’s at The Citadel. As a Field Representative, Casey will perform routine construction observation services for land development projects involving utilities and pavement construction under periodic supervision and serve as a liaison between the supervisor or Project Manager and contractor.
