Matt has 13 years of experience in consulting and engineering across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors in North Carolina. Starting as a Designer II with T&H, Matt has advanced through the ranks to become the head of the Civil Department in our Charlotte region. His dedication and expertise have also earned him the distinction of being one of T&H’s youngest shareholders, a testament to his 8-year tenure with the team.
